Calgary? Calgary!

I'm still in a HOT pinstripe suit with a Hawaiian shirt underneath from the cast party, and I feel like a few million bucks. Summerstock has made my days like this -- I've loved hanging out with everyone, feeling on top of the world, loved, respected. It's been wonderful, guys, and we've all gotta meet up again soon.

So as I sip my hot chocolate, I reflect on my adventures. It seems likely that I'll go to O'Neill for one semester, then go to Calgary to finish the year in February. I'm wondering whether there's any way I could go sooner -- probably not, but we'd have to see, and either way I'm extremely lucky. As our basement roomie Jay says,

"I've been to Calgary, and I'll tell you now, there are two things you need to know about Calgary. One: if you don't like the weather, wait five minutes. Two: Everyone there is beautiful. Everyone there, I mean. I think the only two unattractive women there I saw, one was a very lovely woman, but about 300 pounds, and the other was 90. The rest? Gorgeous. Me and my friends, we were the ugliest people there, and everyone knew we were from out of town."

To which I listened, and nodded, and then responded,

"Yeah? Oh, hey, guess where I'm going to?"

I Win.

So -- things still need to be sussed out a bit, Jim leaves on Thursday so we'll talk to him a lot before then, but suffice it to say cast party was lovely, I'm lovely, you're lovely, Calgary is lovely, and I'll be in the latter someday hopefully very soon. Nevermind the Bullocks,
